About
DriftBox Play started as a group chat where a few of us kept sending each other screenshots of the mobile games we couldn't put down. At some point the notes got too long for a chat, so we turned them into a site. Everything here is written by people who actually finished the levels they talk about.,We lean towards strategy and tower defence because those genres reward patience and clever play, but we don't lock ourselves in. If a racing game or an RPG grabs the editorial team, it gets a review too. Variety keeps us honest and keeps the catalogue interesting.,Games get picked for coverage when at least two of us have spent a few days with them. We look at how the controls feel on a touchscreen, whether progression respects your time, and if the game still holds up after the first hour of novelty wears off. Nothing is added just because it's popular.,We're a small, independent editorial team. Nobody pays us to feature a title, and we say so plainly on every page. If a game is mediocre, we write that it's mediocre.
